Please allow 1 - 2 business working days for processing time, this allows our team to get your order printed, packed and ready for shipment. Once your order has been handed over to our carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Information
All of our parcels are sent out tracked, allowing our customers to follow every step of the way. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your parcel and time frame - this will be calculated at the checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will email you with:
- A 1-hour delivery time slot
- Real-time parcel tracking
- Options to reschedule, deliver to a neighbour, or leave in a safe place
It is our customers responsibility to ensure someone is at the property at the time of delivery, if a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, reimbursement is not possible.
If you won’t be home, you can use the DPD tracking link to:
- Reschedule the delivery
- Request delivery to a neighbour or a designated safe place
We will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the sweets / chocolate melting during transit. Please order at your own risk, no refund will be given.
We will NOT offer any refunds once your parcel has been delivered with proof of delivery from your given courier. You will need to contact your delivery provider if there are any further issues.
Cost of shipping will not be refunded if the below circumstances are met;
- Parcel has been attempted to be delivered with no response and is being returned back to us
- Incorrect shipping information which has been provided on the order
- While your parcel is still in transit, we will need to wait for your parcel to be delivered to your address or returned back to our HQ
As a customer it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and to be present at the time of delivery.
As a business we will not take liability for these incidences.
As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for any orders that have been returned back to us due to a missed delivery or missed payment for tax / customs.

UK DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE - £6.99
Orders must be placed before 11am (Monday - Friday)
UK DPD SHIPPING (1-2 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT) - £4.99
If there is a problem with sending your order we will contact you as soon as possible to ensure you have your sweets with you as quickly as we can.
Incomplete delivery address
If you have filled in your delivery address incorrect or incomplete we will not be able to create a shipping label without being provided with the correct details. This may add time to your delivery as we will need to contact you before sending off your parcel.
How will I know when my item has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email that will be sent to the email address provided on the order details.
Delivery terms and conditions;
We are unable to take responsibility for our parcels that are lost in transit or go missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. If you have not received your parcel, we will need to start a claims process with your chosen carrier which can take up to 30 days.
Cost of shipping will not be refunded if the below circumstances are met;
- Parcel has been attempted to be delivered with no response
- Incorrect shipping information which has been provided on the order

Cancelation policy;
You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, if your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel and refund.
