We now offer Tracked Worldwide Shipping, with Royal Mail which will be handed over to your local delivery courier. 

International Shipping is available for orders under 1.8KG in weight - orders over 1.8KG will have to be cancelled and refunded. 

This is due to the custom taxes and shipping being to expense over the total weight of 2KG. 

Prices for Worldwide Shipping will be calculated at the checkout page. 

Europe - 3-5 working days

Rest of the world - 6-7 working days

 

Custom Charges / Tax

It is not our responsibility to pay custom taxes for the parcel entering your country, you will need to pay this upon being contacted. 

If custom charges have been given we will not accept any rejections of paying custom tax. If any customers reject the parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund any customer their shipping cost. 

Please check the condition of your parcel. You must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your parcel if anything is damaged or incorrect - info@sweetify.uk

We will not be able to process any refunds after the 24 hour time period.

We will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the sweets / chocolate melting during transit. Please order at your own risk, no refund will be given.

We will NOT offer any refunds once your parcel has been delivered with proof of delivery from your given courier. You will need to contact your delivery provider if there are any further issues. 

Cost of shipping will not be refunded if the below circumstances are met;

- Parcel has been attempted to be delivered with no response and is being returned back to us 

- Incorrect shipping information which has been provided on the order

- While your parcel is still in transit, we will need to wait for your parcel to be delivered to your address or returned back to our HQ

As a customer it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and to be present at the time of delivery. 

As a business we will not take liability for these incidences.
